Return Policy – The Double Handle
We accept returns only in case of:
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product received
Return Window
You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions
• Product must be unused
• Original packaging must be intact
Unboxing Proof Required
A clear 360 degree unboxing video is mandatory for return requests.
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations
